Production description

For end-threaded pipes: Plain steel pipe is cut to length, then threads are formed by rolling or cutting on one or both ends. Protective caps or couplings are applied. For helically ribbed tubes: A plain tube is passed through a cold rolling head that creates internal and/or external helical ribs. The tube is then inspected for thread/rib profile and dimensional accuracy.

For export, threaded pipes are bundled with plastic end caps (to protect threads), interleaved separators, secured with steel straps, and packed on ISPM-15 pallets or in steel crates.
