Production description

The production starts with hot-dip galvanized steel coils, which are loaded onto an uncoiler and fed through a series of roller dies. As the strip passes through progressive forming stations, it is gradually shaped into the desired corrugated profile without heating (cold roll forming). The rollers apply precise pressure to create wave peaks and valleys, increasing the sheet’s rigidity. After forming, the continuous sheet is cut to specified length by a flying shear. Optional edge trimming or end punching for fastening holes can be added. Finished sheets are stacked, inspected for profile uniformity and coating integrity, and packed for shipment.

Shipping Packaging

For export, galvanized corrugated sheets are stacked with interleaved paper or foam to prevent coating scratches, bundled with steel straps, and packed on ISPM-15 certified wooden pallets. Edge protectors are added to prevent damage to corrugated peaks. Labels include grade, coating weight, profile type, dimensions, and quantity for safe transport.
