Production description

The process begins with hot-dip galvanized or galvalume steel coil. The coil is cleaned and chemically pretreated to enhance paint adhesion. A primer coat is applied, followed by a topcoat (polyester, PVDF, or HDP) using reverse roll coating. The coated strip passes through curing ovens to form a durable, uniform finish. After cooling, the pre-painted coil is fed into a roll forming line, where it is progressively shaped into the desired corrugated profile at room temperature. The formed sheet is then cut to specified length by a flying shear. Edge trimming or end-punching for fastening holes may be added. Finished sheets are inspected for color consistency, coating thickness, and profile accuracy before packing.

Shipping Packaging

For export, pre-painted corrugated sheets are interleaved with soft paper or foam to protect the color coating, stacked on ISPM-15 certified wooden pallets, secured with steel straps, and fitted with edge protectors. Wrapped with moisture-proof polyethylene. Labels include color code, grade, dimensions, and quantity for safe transport.
